Q: Can a lie detector test whether my wife is faking orgasms or not?
I’ve been married to my wife for 4 years and I’ve always felt that her orgasms are an act. She assures me they are not but the level of moaning and groaning without any particular physical spasms makes me suspicious.
I worry that if I am not sexually satisfying her, she may end up being unfaithful to me. That’s if she hasn’t been already. The thought of losing my wife terrifies me.

The short answer to your question is yes. However, you might want to consider the following:
If your wife is faking orgasms it’s highly unlikely that she will want to take a lie detector test.
You have been married for 4 years yet it has taken you this long to decide to take any action about it. Have you been in a long period of lockdown due to Covid restrictions? If so, boredom may be making your mind work overtime on some issues. This can lead to stress and tension and sometimes arguments. And all of these things can dampen the libido.
I suggest you think about online relationship counselling rather than push your wife to have a polygraph examination. However, if she is willing to take a test, naturally we are happy to provide that service.
