Booking your service

You can book our service via Site at any time on the conditions set forth herein.

We require a relatively short notice of your booking; however, we encourage you to book the service as soon as you possible can.

Please make sure that booking your service you provide us with as much information as possible. This will substantially improve the results of the test.

You can request to change the date and time of your appointment and we will make all our best to re-schedule it for you provided that we have the availability, otherwise you will be offered other available options.

Our Fees

Access to the Site and its content is free of charge.

If you decide to book our service you will be charged with the non-refundable fee of £150 (non refundable booking fee) that will be further deducted from your service invoice.

We must attract your attention to the fact that your cancellation of a booked appointment is not the ground for refund request.

If you require to change the date and time of your booked appointment and do not accept any of proposed options, you are not entitled to request the refund.

If due to any reason, except for force major, we are not able to provide you with the booked service we will propose you the different date and time or refund the fee to you.

We can change our fees at any time and without prior notice, this however, will not affect the appointments booked prior implementation of a change.
