Secure Online Booking
Use our secure online booking system to request your preferred date, time and location for a lie detector test.
We require an initial payment of £125 as a non-refundable admin booking fee in order to proceed with your booking. To learn more about what this fee covers and our booking process, [click here]
The £125 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of the polygraph test, leaving a remaining balance of £370 or £325, depending on your location. This fee confirms the client's commitment to the scheduled appointment and covers essential administrative costs, including securing preferred time slots, conducting pre-examination assessments, and assigning a qualified polygraph examiner.
Purpose and Commitment
This booking fee ensures that clients are dedicated to their appointments, which minimizes cancellations and allows us to offer reliable service. The non-refundable nature of the fee also prevents misuse, as it discourages individuals from booking a test with no genuine intention of attending, simply to give the impression of having nothing to hide. Please book only if you or the test subject are fully committed to attending the appointment.
Cooling-Off Period Waiver
By proceeding with the booking, you agree to waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. The booking fee covers immediate administrative processes and pre-examination assessment arrangements, which commence as soon as payment is made. Therefore, the fee is non-refundable to account for these preparations and our commitment to providing efficient service.
Full Payment Requirement
To confirm your appointment, full payment must be completed within 24 hours after the examiner approves the pre-examination assessment. This process allows us to efficiently allocate resources and minimize disruptions due to last-minute cancellations, especially for our mobile polygraph service that operates around the clock, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Refund Policy and Scheduling Assurance
Once the appointment is scheduled, all fees are non-refundable, as these cover the time, resources, and expertise allocated to your case. By securing this payment policy, we maintain our competitive pricing while ensuring examiners are compensated for their time, particularly when extensive travel is involved. We invite you to call for a free consultation before booking, and we encourage you to schedule only when you are certain of your availability.
