What is a sexual contact test?
When a person suspects their partner of infidelity the sexual contact test is used to determine whether or not they have cheated. The questions asked during the lie detector test vary depending on the circumstances but broadly include:
Whether the subject has had sexual intercourse with anyone else
Whether there has been any other form of intimate contact, such as kissing.
Invariably our clients suspect their partners have been unfaithful but want to know one way or the other and to what extent.
Where does the test take place?
The test can be carried out at your home or in one of our controlled, secure offices local to where you live. If you prefer the test to take place in the privacy of your own home, we will need to ensure that the environment is suitable. The ideal situation is when no one else is at home and to make a room that is quiet and peaceful available e.g. a study or bedroom. If you own pets that are likely to disturb the process, it’s best to drop them off with a friend of other family member. Choosing a weekday when children are at school is also preferable. The test ordinarily takes between 2 and 3 hours to complete.
How confidential is the lie detector test?
Our highly professional examiners are fully qualified and accredited. If a home test is booked the examiner will arrive in an unmarked car with no branding. A test taken in one of our offices is also discreet. The receptionist does not need to be told why you are there on arrival as an appointment has already been made.
Lie Detector Test UK will never divulge any information to anyone other than you, the client, unless you specifically ask us in writing to do so. If you wish someone to access the details online, they will not be able to do so without being issued with a code that only you know. Our reputation and business has been built on the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Our sexual contact tests have assisted many people to resolve their individual relationship problems, most of which are never straightforward. We understand how difficult dealing with a lack of trust can be. We require an initial payment of £125 as a non-refundable admin booking fee in order to proceed with your booking. To learn more about what this fee covers and our booking process, [click here]
The £125 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of the polygraph test, leaving a remaining balance of £370 or £325, depending on your location. This fee confirms the client's commitment to the scheduled appointment and covers essential administrative costs, including securing preferred time slots, conducting pre-examination assessments, and assigning a qualified polygraph examiner.
Purpose and Commitment
This booking fee ensures that clients are dedicated to their appointments, which minimizes cancellations and allows us to offer reliable service. The non-refundable nature of the fee also prevents misuse, as it discourages individuals from booking a test with no genuine intention of attending, simply to give the impression of having nothing to hide. Please book only if you or the test subject are fully committed to attending the appointment.
Cooling-Off Period Waiver
By proceeding with the booking, you agree to waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. The booking fee covers immediate administrative processes and pre-examination assessment arrangements, which commence as soon as payment is made. Therefore, the fee is non-refundable to account for these preparations and our commitment to providing efficient service.
Full Payment Requirement
To confirm your appointment, full payment must be completed within 24 hours after the examiner approves the pre-examination assessment. This process allows us to efficiently allocate resources and minimize disruptions due to last-minute cancellations, especially for our mobile polygraph service that operates around the clock, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Refund Policy and Scheduling Assurance
Once the appointment is scheduled, all fees are non-refundable, as these cover the time, resources, and expertise allocated to your case. By securing this payment policy, we maintain our competitive pricing while ensuring examiners are compensated for their time, particularly when extensive travel is involved. We invite you to call for a free consultation before booking, and we encourage you to schedule only when you are certain of your availability.
