Cooling-Off Period Waiver
By proceeding with the booking, you agree to waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. The booking fee covers immediate administrative processes and pre-examination assessment arrangements, which commence as soon as payment is made. Therefore, the fee is non-refundable to account for these preparations and our commitment to providing efficient service.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before the scheduled test date. Additionally, your completed Pre-Examination Questionnaire must be submitted prior to the appointment.
